Tickets

Parents, teachers, and staff submit tickets. Admins triage, track, and resolve them on a drag-and-drop board.

Manage tickets on a board

Admins see every ticket on a four-column board. Drag a ticket from Backlog to In Progress, move it to On Hold if it's waiting on something, then to Resolved — it's that simple.

Description

I can't log in on my child's school iPad. It keeps saying "invalid credentials" even though the password is correct.

Every detail in one conversation

Open any ticket to see the full description, a threaded comment history, and metadata at a glance. Admins also see the submitter's profile and family relationships for context.

  • Threaded comments keep the full conversation history in one place.
  • Admins see the creator's profile and family relationships for context.
  • Edit your own comments, archive resolved tickets, and mark as resolved.

Simple for submitters, powerful for admins

Parents and staff see a clean form — title, description, and priority. Admins get the full Kanban view with drag-and-drop, archiving, and complete user context. Everyone stays on the same page.

  • Anyone can submit a ticket with a simple title, description, and priority form.
  • Three priority levels — Low, Medium, High — with colour-coded badges.
  • Archive and filter between active and resolved tickets to keep the board clean.
